Wendy Francis is a first generation American of Jamaican and Antiguan decent. She was gifted her parents’ love of travel and adventure with her first passport at 13 months old. She’s been travel-cationing (traveling as education) ever since.
Wendy’s love of travel has fueled her passion for listening to, learning from, developing and amplifying the voices of others. Her mantra: “Travel leaves you speechless and then makes you a storyteller.” Living in her purpose means helping the world to see the necessity and beauty of our diversity and it is not limited to travel. When she staycations, she can be found hard at work as an Organizational Development (OD) Manager at JPMorgan.
In this capacity she works with executives, teams and individuals to create strategy and programming focused on inclusive leadership, career development, and talent development.
Wendy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Robert J. Milano Graduate School is Management and Urban Policy. She is also embarking on her first entrepreneurial pursuit, a travel agency!
