What We DoWe build leaders, change makers & activists by developing, amplifying, and celebrating the voices of girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth through socially conscious theater-making, storytelling, and performance.

Because we value leadership grounded in the collective's power and healing, we work with our participants to build a culture of the ensemble, and participants see their leadership as interconnected with that of their peers, adult allies, and their communities.

Who We AreWe're a dedicated, diverse, and energetic team that espouses what we try to teach our participants and company members--building a brave, supportive, and collegial environment that values community.

We work hard and recognize the value of self-care and community healing, so we have summer Fridays and accommodate staff where they are in life. We are strong when everyone on the team feels seen and heard, and when our staff are free and comfortable enough to bring their best to work.
