The Manhattan WorkshopWeekend Workshop Manhattan Residency is a learning and creative space for participants interested in theater and the spoken word and passionate about leadership development and social justice.
Surrounded by the bright lights of the city that never sleeps, participants interested in growing their craft in theater/spoken word will work on their performance skills and build on their technique as emerging skilled performers. Guided by dynamic Teaching Artists, participants work together as an ensemble to create original monologues and poems, devised theater pieces, stage presence, and more.
