Sign Up Here !(this link opens in new window)The 7 wonders of New York! During Girls, Outside! 2024, participants will spend two weeks traveling to various parts of New York City and art making. Over the course of week one, participants will go on a series of carefully curated field trips intended to deepen their understanding of the diverse BIPOC, cultural arts institutions and sites of social justice throughout the city. On week two, participants will be immersed in theater/art making at ART NY to reflect on the experience of week one, and prepare a showcase to express and share their learnings on the final day of the Summer Experience. Girls, Outside! (July)
A 2-week summer program allows participants to visit and explore cultural art institutions that hold significance for marginalized people throughout NYC.
What’s Good? Podcast (Jan - May)
A podcast platform series for activists, educators, and teaching artists includes fun sessions about current events and interviews with feminists and social justice leaders.

Be! Workshop (April - May)
A 6-week intensive hybrid, global program that shows our participants different mediums for artistic expression and practice and how to amplify their voices as change-makers & activists.

Girls Make Movies (Feb - June)
An immersive in-person program offering in-depth learning into filmmaking, script writing, and storytelling with a social justice lens. Participants develop an understanding of the production skills to create a film, including storyboarding, production, and editing.
